Raw goods with real personality

A range of traditional-style dinner dishes developed by Fjordland in collaboration with Norwegian master chef and food writer Arne Brimi. Each dish has been carefully and lovely crafted in response to Arne Brimi's own distinct food philosophy. This is based around the use of regional raw ingredients and natural flavours, and a desire to give more Norwegians the chance to experience the communal and healthy food traditions of the country.

Our art direction delivers an immediacy and warmth that focuses on the traditional and carefully crafted recipes and raw ingredients. There is an inviting quality in colour and composition, which is emphasised by the full coverage of image across the box, and an earthy materiality in the choice of cookware and surfaces. The distinct signature of Arne Brimi, in conjunction with a portrait, offers an assurance of quality, and the personally crafted nature of the recipes.
