Fjordlands range of traditional-style dinner dishes are developed in collaboration with master chef Arne Brimi. All dishes are developed based on Brimi’s food philosophy of only using Norwegian raw goods along with a desire to give the people a real opportunity to experience historical Norwegian food traditions.
We developed a design conscious of Brimi’s brand views routed in traditional and historical recipes, and combined this with a modern colour palette, rustic style images and a personable connection to the chef himself.
The use of Brimi’s famous sayings, as well as his well known signature, ensures quality of product. Together with a full brand focus on natural raw flavors, we created a genuine taste appeal on shelf.
